4.) Free access to training, personalized marketing materials, administrative support, build your client contacts, gain experience showing homes and working with peoples' diverse situations
5.) Opportunities to manage and recruit a smaller team of agents covering just your geographic area (Summerlin or Green Valley, for example) and earn a % of every deal your team completes
6.) Higher commission splits available on referrals if you complete a high percentage of the referrals you are given!
7.) Set your own schedule. Be your own boss. Client referrals are provided constantly, just check your email! Spend an average of 3 hours total with each client, make +/- $210! ($70/hr)
B ::: These are the minimum requirements :::
1.) You must have an active Nevada Real Estate license, and move it to Key Realty LLC. www.KeyRealtyLasVegas.com 9890 South Maryland Parkway, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89183
2.) You must be a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) with MLS access and Supra Key, Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR)
3.) Key Realty charges between $60 - $120 monthly, depending on the SALES commission split you choose. Unless we provide you with the client, you will NOT split any of your SALES commissions with our team
4.) All rental transactions are paid at a 60/40 (Agent/Key) NET commission split ; $210 average "take home commission" per transaction*. For example: $210 x 50 deals = $10,500 (or) $210 x 20 deals = $4,200
C ::: Our "ideal" team candidate should also have the following (not required) :::
1.) Laptop w/ high speed mobile Internet access and mobile printer
2.) Smartphone w/ mobile email access and high resolution camera (like an I-phone, BlackBerry, HTC, Palm)
3.) A car or truck you wouldn't mind putting a "WeLoveRenters.com" or "Dial 702-RENTERS" vinyl sticker on (for example: www.weloverenters.com/hybrid)
4.) Sales experience of any kind (retail, direct, b2b). Fluency in foreign languages (primarily Spanish)
5.) Experience using websites like Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Yahoo!, and Google
6.) Member of the Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Asian, Latin, Urban, or "Sin City" Chamber(s) of Commerce, or "Vegas Young Professionals"
7.) Willingness to attend business/community/networking events, community service projects, and promotional events (no more than twice per month) to represent and help promote "WeLoveRenters.com"
8.) Your Connections and Contacts! Do you know VIP Hosts? Restaurant/Bar owners? Advertising executives? Travel agents? Insurance agents? We would love to know who you know and how we can collaborate!
D ::: Performance expectations :::
1.) Agents must be available to give home tour appointments 4 days per week (or) 2 days if part time (you choose the days). Agents must be on-time to 100% of the appointments set & confirmed by the agent

3.) Agents must call every client referral within 2 hours of receiving the referral on the days you have chosen to work. Agent must also email the client the same day that the referral is received
